Tillamook Cheese Factory

We had to go to Tillamook to see the Cheese Factory. My sister said that it was well worth it just for the ice cream and I have to agree! It was yummy! Though Sean and I kept talking about how strange it was that such a "well-known" company began in such a small, middle-of-nowhere community. Taylee and Brynlee were so excited to go and see how cheese was made...ok, they were mostly excited about the ice cream:-)

Posing
Watching the cheese being made. Those block of cheese were 42 pounds (that's bigger than Taylee!).

Taylee found the statue of a calf and of course needed to pose with it
And then Brynlee needed to copy
My cute little Pac-babe!
It was well worth the trip to see the factory. The girls were fascinated watching the blocks of cheese getting smaller and smaller and then being wrapped up. And my sister was right, the ice cream was delicious!

I love seeing pictures of Paxton, he totally looks like he's just chillin and hanging out. I bet the factory was Sean's favorite tourist spot. Mmmmmmm....40+ pounds of cheese...Sean was in heaven (hahaha) NOT!!!!

Atleast the icecream made up for Sean's disgust for cheese :) That ice cream is way good...but so were the cheese curds!
