Taylee and Brynlee had to earn 'stars' this year that would allow them to buy Christmas gifts for each other and for mommy and daddy. They both worked hard at doing extra chores around the house and were so excited to pick out presents for each other. Sean took Taylee to ToyRUs. Within 1 minute of being in the store she had picked out what she was getting for Brynlee. An umbrella. Out of all the toys in that store she picked out an umbrella. Sean tried to talk her out of it, but she insisted that the umbrella was what Brynlee wanted.
And funny enough, it has been Brynlee's favorite present that she got. She carts it around the house and keeps telling us that its going to rain.
Sean and I both learned our lesson. Taylee knows what she's doing :-)

Isn't it funny how they just know things? I'm glad Taylee knows her sister that well.
That's cute! Maybe she knows because she's closer to Brynlee's age. We're pretty far from being little kids anymore. What a fun way for them to earn gifts for each other! You always have such cute ideas.
Taylee is awesome! And not to mention stubborn like her mother...she wouldn't let her daddy change her mind :)
I love how excited they are to get presents for each other and how well they know their siblings...its pretty fun to watch.
